Laura Seraydarian is an author, coach, facilitator, researcher, proud dog mom, and resilience practitioner. She studied human behavior and developed people-focused resilience strategies and initiatives to address the climate crisis, natural disasters, food insecurity, and socio-political instability. Laura has worked all over the world and brings a unique, systems-level perspective with a background in both the physical and social sciences. Her work is highly-focused on how we as humans, governments, and organizations can adapt, respond, and thrive. Her latest work is the development of a personal resilience coaching program focused on working one-on-one with professionals and business owners in transition. In addition, she offers resilience consulting for organizations and businesses that want to change the way they work.
